The flow for an expert receiving a customer call is as followed:
Expert signs in and is in the ‘Not Ready’ state.
When expert is ready to receive calls, they switch their status to ‘Ready’
A reservation banner appears, alerting the expert that a call will be coming in soon. The banner displays the information the customer provided so when they join the call they have some understanding of what the customer is experiencing.
An incoming call from the reserved customer appears and once the expert clicks ‘Answer’ they
enter the call with their customer.
If a customer cancels a call the expert will receive this notification.
If an expert rejects a call upon refresh they will see a ‘Missed Call’ under their ‘My Calls’ page.
